Summer is almost over, fireweed is at full bloom, getting chilly at night.  Even though the leaves are not changing colors yet, fall can be felt! This winter has been unbelievable as to the amount as SNOW we got!  Even though it is officially spring by the calender... spring will take much longer to get here than normal!  Although our geese started giving us eggs last weekend...so we may have hope yet! Hello from my part of the world... The "longest night" is almost here!! When the daylight is only a few hours in the day. We have no sunshine at our place for 6 weeks. We'll loose the sun next week & will not see it in our yard til about 1st week of Feb! The weather here has been mighty funky! Our geese were enjoying the warm weather so much, they started giving us eggs again! We thought we would never get snow. And we still hardly have any, only about 6-8 inches.
